Play Duck, Duck, Goose at Bambara tonight – minus foie gras

Area chefs will create unique duck and goose dishes as href=”http://www.bambara-cambridge.com”>Bambara hosts the first annual “Duck, Duck, Goose” event at Hotel Marlowe tonight, to celebrate the age-old tradition of the holiday goose.

Protests by animal rights activists have forced organizers to take foie gras off the menu but that won’t stop them from creating equally delectable replacements.
