Fall Flavors delight the senses

Once again, local chefs dished out mouthwatering delicacies at the seventh annual Bostonchefs.com Flavors of Fall fundraiser on Nov. 8 at the Charles Hotel. For details check out Wicked Local Cambridge.

My picks from the night include duck prosciutto from Hungry Mother, braised shortrib dumpling from Bergamot, Albacore tuna from EVOO and Jack and Arnie, minted tea and bourbon from Harvest.
