Headed to Artbar last week for a Restaurant Week lunch – only $20 for three courses. The food was all right but the patio seating and view was splendid on a nice summer day.
The gazpacho was a cool concept with a twist, but slightly more oily and sour than I liked; the hangar steak was just right – tender and juicy – with creamy polenta; the dessert was delicious but I wish I could have had a bigger helping!
